This year Fujitsu Forum Trade Fair will be held in Munich, Germany on 7th and  8th of November 2012. There will be Keynote speakers from around the World with expertise in IT industry; SAP, Intel, Microsoft and NetApp. Thousands of people will visit this Forum and we will see how Fujitsu “Reshaping ICT” can help organizations “Reshape Business” along with strategic partners, become more environment friendly, reduce cost, more security and assist overcome the boundaries of work place giving more freedom to individuals for better work output.

This event is one of the most important events of the Year where we will see what Tomorrow will bring us in the field of Information Technology and how it will help us manage the IT Department better without worrying about Data-Theft, (BYOD) concept and overcome high licensing costs with Cloud based solutions.

If I got a chance to visit the Fujitsu Forum this year, I really want to discover the amazing World of Fujitsu and enhance my knowledge by meeting the experts and know the implementation techniques for today and tomorrows World.

On this Forum, speakers with Expertise in SAP, Intel, Microsoft and NetApp will present us solutions that can help us in Workplace & Operations, Datacenter Systems, Financial Services, SAP, Cloud Services, Consulting & Managed Services, Application Services & Industry Solutions and Reseller / Partner sessions.

I am more interested in Workplace & Operations, Datacenter systems and Cloud services since we have many employees in each of our offices in Riyadh, Al Qasim, Dammam, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah and Jizan. The IT costs, in these cities, whether a new installation or routine upgrades are quite higher.  Complemented with ever growing threat of Data loss / theft, the IT expenditures grow higher with every passing year.

In this Forum, Fujitsu will display its ETERNUS DX Block based disk systems which will allow users to Flexibly manage their ever increasing data at lower costs, powered by a reliable architecture.

This will also unveil their ETERNUS CS800 S4 which has highly integration capability with Symantec and CommVault software for backup solutions.

- Services:

In this Forum, Fujitsu will display its services with Ideal solutions aimed at Small to Large organization with real life end-user services, large retail solutions dedicated to retail business World wide, Global Program Management Office (GPMO) global on-site support and Fujitsu Global Cloud free 30 day trial subscription.

- Cloud:

Fujitsu Cloud Services are one of the most reliable in the whole IT World. They offer a complete range of services including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS) including multiple business application from Fujitsu Cloud Store and CRM as a Service (CaaS) which is recently launched.

Morning Breakfast at Kudu, Saudi Arabia

Kudu is one of the best fast food restaurants in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They have multiple food menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best thing, their food is more healthy and they provide you with a calorie chart of each of the dishes you are ordering.

I love their breakfast in the morning with Egg, Sausage, Juice & Tea.

Cairo Square on King Fahad Street, Riyadh

When you live in Riyadh and commute from Home to Office and vice versa, it is usual that you will pass through the busy road of King Fahad Highway. This road intersects the Riyadh in half and is the easiest way to get to any place provided there is mild traffic.

If you have ever gone through it, there is a place Cairo Square. It connects with Khurais - Makkah road with the King Fahad Road. There is very beautiful green grass and design stones on the round connecting roads. Below are the images of this location.

How to Transfer existing STC line in KSA

Nowadays everything has become very fast, gone are the days when you have to stand in line and wait in STC offices for any update in your STC line. Now just Dial 907 from any landline and talk with the STC representative whether you need an International line access or just want to transfer your line to a new apartment or house.

I noticed that some people face difficulties finding the STC Cabinet when transferring the landline.  Especially when the STC cabinet is little bit far. Usually STC will install these cabinets near the main road but its not the case in dense residential area. Below is the attached image, so it can be found easily. All you need is the Cabinet ID number painted on the bottom.
